SEO Company in Delhi
Search engine optimization (SEO) is how your website earns visibility on Google and, increasingly, on AI-driven answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews. But traffic only matters if it turns into enquiries and sales. At SAM Web Studio, we have been doing SEO since 2012 for more than 320 brands across India, the UAE, the UK, Canada, Nigeria, and beyond, and we focus on the rankings that actually bring you customers.
A good example is Treasure Orbit Group, a client we handle SEO and global search promotion for. After we optimised their site for Google and AI-driven search platforms, they achieved strong rankings and now receive quality leads on a daily basis. That is the outcome we work toward: not vanity traffic, but a steady flow of the right customers finding you.
What sets us apart is that we are a hands-on, technical team. The same people who plan your SEO strategy also work directly with your website's code and server, so we can fix the technical issues, page speed, and structured data that many SEO agencies overlook or outsource. We do not make inflated promises about overnight number-one rankings. We tell you honestly what your site needs, what is realistic, and how long it will take.
Our SEO Services
We cover the full picture: technical SEO (site speed, crawlability, structured data, fixing errors and broken links), on-page optimisation, content strategy, local SEO, and link building. We also help you get found on AI answer engines through AEO and GEO, the emerging discipline of making your content clear and authoritative enough for AI systems to cite.
What working with us helps you achieve
- Higher, more stable search rankings
- More qualified leads and enquiries
- Better conversion from the traffic you already have
- A technically healthy, fast website

SEO built on the current search landscape
Search is changing fast. Google's algorithm updates, AI Overviews, and answer engines have shifted what earns visibility. We stay current with these changes and build strategies around how people and AI systems actually find businesses today, not tactics that stopped working years ago.
Whether you are launching a new site that needs to start ranking or recovering an established site that has lost visibility, we can help. Send us your website and we will tell you honestly what is holding it back and what it would take to fix it.

What we can and can't promise you
Every SEO proposal you have read this month probably promised you the first position. We stopped writing them that way. Nobody controls Google's index, and the agencies that guarantee a number one spot are either very new or counting on you not checking six months later.
Here is what we can tell you instead: what the work involves, what it costs, and what usually happens. We have been running SEO campaigns out of Delhi since 2012, for more than 320 clients across India, the UAE, the UK, Canada, Luxembourg and the US. Some of those campaigns worked quickly. A few took eighteen months. Two we walked away from because the client's market was too crowded to justify the spend, and we said so.
Four years with Antenna Experts
Antenna Experts manufacture RF antennas for defence, aerospace and air traffic control from their plant in Delhi NCR — ILS and DME antennas for airports, SATCOM ground station arrays, jammer and anti-drone systems, MIL-STD tactical antennas. Their buyers are procurement officers at airport authorities, armed forces and defence integrators. There are not many of them, and each order is significant.
We have run their search programme since 2022. It is still running, which in this industry is the number worth paying attention to.
Today the site holds first position on Google for the searches those buyers actually type: ILS antenna, high gain DME antenna, SATCOM ground station antenna, military ground plane antenna, HF broadband military antenna, anti drone antenna and FTS antenna manufacturer, among others. Across the whole site, Google served their pages 1.36 million times in the last three months.
The work behind that has been mostly unglamorous. Product URLs that returned server errors instead of pages. A sitemap that had been a static file since 2021, still declaring the same last-modified date on every one of its 822 entries, half of them pointing at duplicates. Antenna specifications that existed only inside PDF datasheets, invisible to search engines and to the AI assistants that increasingly answer technical questions before a buyer ever reaches a website.
The find we are proudest of was not a ranking at all. Their enquiry form was silently rejecting any email address containing a hyphen — which is to say, addresses at exactly the kind of European defence and instrumentation firms they most wanted to hear from. It had been doing this quietly for a long time. Nobody had noticed, because a rejected enquiry does not appear in any report. We found it while auditing something else, fixed it, and tested it against twelve real-world address formats before calling it done.
That is what a long engagement actually looks like. Rankings are the visible part. Most of the value is in finding the things nobody is measuring.
The first ninety days
Nothing meaningful happens in week one, whatever anyone tells you. Here is the actual sequence.
Weeks 1–2 — we find out what is broken. A full crawl of your site, a look at your Search Console history, and a review of what you currently rank for versus what you sell. This part is usually uncomfortable. Most sites we audit have somewhere between 200 and 20,000 URLs Google has crawled and quietly declined to index, and the owner has no idea.
Weeks 3–6 — we fix the plumbing. Redirects, canonical tags, page speed, structured data, internal linking, the sitemap. This is where most of the early gains come from. If your product pages take four seconds to load on a phone on a slow connection, no amount of content is going to rescue them.
Weeks 7–12 — we start publishing. Not blog posts about the importance of digital marketing. Pages that answer questions your buyers actually type, written by someone who understands your business, reviewed by you before anything goes live.
Around month four is usually when the graph starts to bend. Sometimes month two. Occasionally month nine. It depends on your domain's history, how competitive your terms are, and whether your site is carrying a decade of old content nobody has looked at.
Technical SEO
This is the half of SEO nobody photographs for a case study. Crawl budget, index bloat, JavaScript rendering, Core Web Vitals, canonical conflicts, orphaned pages, redirect chains that quietly lost their equity three site migrations ago.
We do this work ourselves rather than handing you a PDF of recommendations and wishing you luck. Our team builds in Laravel, Next.js and WordPress, so when the fix requires touching a route file or a template, we touch it. That is the difference between an audit and an engagement.
Content that answers something
Every content brief starts with one question: what is the person searching this actually trying to do? Someone typing "shopify vs woocommerce" is comparing. Someone typing "shopify migration cost india" is close to buying. Those need different pages, different lengths and different calls to action.
We write for the second kind first, because that is where your revenue is. Awareness-stage content comes later, once the pages that convert are earning.
Everything goes to you for review before publishing. You know your industry better than we do, and the fastest way to produce content that ranks for nothing is to let an agency write it without a subject expert in the loop.
Links, mentions and being cited by AI
We build links slowly. Digital PR, genuine partnerships, industry directories a human being actually reads, guest contributions where the publication has a real audience. We do not buy links, and if your current agency does, you should ask them directly.
The newer half of this is being cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI Overviews and Gemini. That is a different game from blue-link SEO. It rewards clear structure, quotable statements of fact, and being mentioned across sources these models already trust. For technical manufacturers in particular, getting specifications out of PDFs and onto indexable pages is often the single highest-value change available.
Local search, if you sell locally
For a Dwarka clinic, a Noida manufacturer or a Gurugram law firm, the Map Pack matters more than the organic results below it. Google Business Profile optimisation, review generation, local citations, and location pages that describe a real service area rather than a keyword stuffed with a city name.
Our opinions here were shaped by getting it wrong. Years ago we built thousands of city-and-service landing pages for our own site, the way everyone did in 2016. They ranked for a while. Then they stopped, and eventually we deleted every one of them. If someone proposes that approach to you now, they have not been paying attention.
What we don't do
- Guarantee positions. See above.
- Report on vanity metrics. Impressions are not revenue, and we will tell you which half of your traffic is the wrong audience.
- Take on two directly competing clients in the same city. If we are working with your competitor, we will tell you.
What reporting looks like
A monthly call and a dashboard you can open any day of the month. Rankings for your tracked terms, organic sessions, conversions from organic, indexed page count, and a plain-English note on what we did and what we are doing next.
If a month goes badly, that call still happens and we still explain why. Algorithm updates land, competitors publish, things move. The agencies that go quiet in a bad month are the ones to worry about.
Is this right for your business?
SEO works well if you sell something people search for, you can wait three to six months for returns, and you can spare a few hours a month for content review. It works badly if you need leads next week, your product is genuinely new and nobody is searching for it yet, or your margins cannot absorb a six-month runway.
If you are in the second group, we will tell you on the first call and point you at paid search instead. We would rather lose the sale than take a retainer for work that cannot succeed.

SEO FAQ's
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and you should be wary of any agency that does. Nobody controls Google's index. What we can commit to is the work: a technical audit and the fixes that follow, content built around what your buyers actually search, and a monthly call where we show you what moved and what did not.
How long before we see results?
Usually three to six months before the trend is clearly upward, though we often see early movement around month two from technical fixes alone. It depends on your domain's history, how competitive your terms are, and how much old content the site is carrying. If your site has been penalised before or migrated badly, add time.
What does an SEO engagement actually include?
Three strands running together. Technical — crawl and indexation, page speed, redirects, canonicals, structured data, internal linking. Content — pages built for the searches your buyers type, reviewed by you before publishing. Authority — earned links, digital PR, and being cited by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews.
What is the difference between on-page and off-page SEO?
On-page is everything you control on your own site: page titles and descriptions, content, headings, images, internal links, site speed. Off-page is everything that happens elsewhere — other sites linking to you, industry mentions, reviews, and how often your brand appears in sources that search engines and AI models already trust.
Both matter. On-page usually produces faster gains because it is entirely in your hands; off-page compounds more slowly but is harder for a competitor to copy.
How long does Google take to index a new site?
Anywhere from a few days to several weeks. Submitting a sitemap through Search Console and earning a few genuine inbound links speeds it up considerably. If pages have been live for months and still are not indexed, that is usually a quality or crawl-budget problem rather than a waiting problem, and it is worth an audit.
What determines the cost?
Scope, mainly. A five-page local business site needs a fraction of the work a 500-product catalogue does. The variables are how many pages need optimising, how much new content you want each month, how competitive your market is, and whether the site has technical debt that has to be cleared first.
We quote after the first audit, not before. Anyone quoting a number before they have seen your site is quoting a package, not a plan.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
We ask for a three-month minimum, because that is the shortest honest window in which SEO can show anything. Committing you to twelve months before either of us knows whether the work is landing does not serve you.
What do we need to do on our side?
Two things. Give us access — Search Console, analytics, and the site itself. And give us a few hours a month to review content before it goes live. You know your industry better than we do, and content written without a subject expert in the loop is how agencies produce pages that rank for nothing.
How will we know it is working?
A monthly call and a dashboard you can open any day. Rankings for your tracked terms, organic sessions, conversions from organic, and indexed page count — plus a plain-English note on what we did and what is next.
We report conversions rather than impressions. Impressions tell you Google showed your page to someone. They do not tell you whether that someone was ever going to buy from you.
What happens if rankings drop?
We tell you, on the same monthly call, and we explain why. Core updates land, competitors publish, markets shift. Sometimes the answer is that the content needs rethinking rather than tweaking, and we will say so even when that means more work for us.
The agencies that go quiet in a bad month are the ones to worry about.
Why outsource SEO instead of hiring in-house?
Cost and breadth. A competent in-house SEO is expensive before you add the tool subscriptions, and one person rarely covers technical, content and outreach equally well. Working with us, you get the whole set without the hiring, and you can stop if it is not working.
In-house does make sense at scale, or if search is your primary channel and you want the knowledge held internally. We will say so if that is your situation.
Can we change our plan later?
Yes, at any point. Scale up when a campaign is working, scale back when budget is tight. Email contact@samwebstudio.com or call +91 996-835-3570.
